Living healthy life is not equal to any asset. It is a grace to have a healthy life. Food, sleep, work with proper timing will give you the healthy life. Don’t overlap things which is in your hand. Try to get out from the temptations that overlapping things. Even i am trying to figure out the solution for this but situations are making me to be the same.
