Team work will become funny when you are working in a organization where you could see the absence of motivation, goal, dedication, handwork, co-operation. We know that mixture of this is called team work. At the same time every one should coordinate to achieve the business goal.

It is difficult to practice in a organization. Good team will achieve the success 200% then the normal success done by the individuals or a group which is not much worrying about the team work. There are many plus points in team work. I can say that If people are trying to add value to themselves then the team work will spoil. If they are adding the value to the team or organization alone then they are working in a team properly. Obviously when you add value to the team automatically your value will be added.

I worked in many organizations where all I could see the difference between team work and team. They are just named team but really they don’t follow the spirit of the team. But i should appreciate that when people fought for Indian freedom where we could see the team effort 100%.

Everyone may be knowing that the Apple’s iPhone 3G has been launched in India . But many of us are not aware what is 3G. so let’s have a brief look into it.

What is 3G?

3G is the next generation of wireless network technology that provides high speed bandwidth (high data transfer rates) to handheld devices. The high data transfer rates will allow 3G networks to offer multimedia services combining voice and data.

Additional features also include HSPA(High-Speed packet Access) data transmission capabilities able to deliver speeds up to 14.4Mbit/s on the downlink and 5.8Mbit/s on the uplink.

3G wireless networks have the bandwidth to provide converged voice and data services. 3G services will seamlessly combine superior voice quality telephony, high-speed mobile IP services, information technology, rich media, and offer diverse content.

What are the Advantages of 3G?

3G networks offer users advantages such as:

1. New radio spectrum to relieve overcrowding in existing systems.
2. More bandwidth, security, and reliability.
3. Interoperability between service providers.
4. Fixed and variable data rates.
5. Always-online devices. 3G will use IP connectivity, IP is packet based (not circuit based).
6. Rich multimedia services.

What are Some Disadvantages of 3G?

There are some issues in deploying 3G:

1.  The cost of upgrading base stations and cellular infrastructure to 3G is very high.
2. Requires different handsets and there is the issue of handset availability.
3. Base stations need to be closer to each other (more cost).
4.  Tremendous spectrum-license costs, network deployment costs, handset subsidies to subscribers, etc.
5. High power requirements.

The above cartoon is finger pointing the politicians of India who need a everyday news of their action whether it is positive or negative to the people. They are strict in keeping them in news headlines. Unfortunately some times  they will be doing some good actions to make the news that they are also good when compared to opposite parties.

For example they are building a bridge saying that it is usefully to the people but we should understand that it is a bridge connecting between government assets to their bank accounts and assets. Even painting their house will become the big news with the bold letters “We are Changing” on the cover. News publishers will not check the value of the news instead of that trying to add value by the fake words.

In Mumbai Taxis & Auto Rickshaws are famous for transport. It helps to reach from one place to other place easily. How they controlled the huge traffic in Mumbai? They bisected Mumbai into two large areas. They are namely New Mumbai & Old Mumbai. 

New Mumbai: It has lot of huge buildings and doesn’t have more tourist places to visit. 

Old Mumbai: It has lot of tourist places like hanging garden, India gates, Elephant Caves, Museums, etc. 

All the taxis are the key transport in old Mumbai. All auto rickshaws are the key transport in New Mumbai. Auto Rickshaws are not allowed in old Mumbai as well as the same to taxis in new Mumbai are not allowed.

You could see the impact of the call centers in last 5years. People are getting lot of services from call centers. For all the day-today life is depending on call centers. Technical, Finance, Insurance, Medical, Entertainment etc are giving their service through call centers. Already people became more lazy to serve themselves. Even for tissue paper they make a call. Good news is that Many people got job opportunities through this model.

IPL is a time passing tournament now for the people in India. I saw all the matches till now. I could see that the teams which struggled when they played their first 2 to 3 matches but now they are the top in points table. The teams which performed good when the IPL started was struggling to win a match. People love to see the match and cheering girls in ground. This is not IPL it is IFL(Indian Foreign league). Only foreign players are playing well and the cheering girls from abroad they are looking good than the Indians.

Started to fool the fans of India once again by telling that ”players will under go the testing to build world cup Team – Dhoni”. Chappel and dravid said the same in world cup 2007 and both gave a good team which was watching the world cup.

Now Dhoni has started to put the same tune. They need to win each and every match at present instead of testing the individuals and team. You play well and you will get the chance of winning the world cup every day. Think that every Game is a world cup then you will achieve it one day.

Tomorrow is the important game to India where they can satisfy the fans that young team can manage the experienced Srilankan’s. Dhoni should support to win the match tomorrow.

It is difficult to beat Australia compare to srilanka. I think “Master Sachin and Murali “ will be the key players in the respected sides. Let us see what indian cricket players will do tomorrow to win the match. Chak de India!

I don’t think the young Indian cricket team will able to fight with the experienced Australian’s & Srilankan’s. We need to understand that experienced guys like gangly and laxman can manage the opposition since they are in good form. At least BCCI can do this 50% experienced guys and 50% young players. Because India is struggling to beat Australians every time.
