French designer, Jean-Marie Massaud, has been working in conjunction with the
French National Office of Airship Research on the project since 2005.

The airship is a floating hotel called the Manned Cloud.

It will cruise at a speed of 80 mph (130 km/h) and 18,000ft above sea level.
It could circle the earth in about ten days.

It will travel for 3,100 miles (almost 5,000 km) before needing to be refueled.

It is an ecologically friendly way to travel, leaving little impact on the environment without the need for hotels, according to the promoters. It could land for a few days or for a week if there is a big event going on.

The Manned Cloud is almost 700ft long, 270ft wide and 170ft deep. It has a restaurant, a library, a lounge and a gym on the first deck. On the second level there will be 20 passenger rooms, terraces with panoramic windows, a spa and a bar room.

The airship is powered by a giant rear propeller and also has two further engines pointing downwards for vertical take-off.

This is a video clip taken in Genting Highland. Just see the height of the place and the rich green plants. You could see the rope car flying to and forth to genting. The chillness and the nature attracted me and all my friends. Watch the video and understand how the tourist place looks like.

About Rope Car:
It is a fastest South East Asia rope car running about 3.5km. There are two ropes running in a parallel way. Around 100Rope cars are running at a time. Then just imagine how strong the ropes and pillars should be. Each car can take about 8 people not more than that. The top interesting thing is rope car only in genting.

We went on the festival season where there will be lot of rush. We stood in the queue to catch the rope car for 1.5hr. I was frustrated to stand in the queue for 1.5hr. But it was little bit interesting since there were some cute girls in the row :).

You will be panic when you travel on the rope car. It is a good experience for people who are having fearness in their life. The rope car will be around 1.5km from the earth. It was fast and the same time it stops in the middle 3-4times. When it stops some time your heart beat also will stop. But the good thing is even though 100cars are running their is no much shake or swing.

Genting highland is in Penang which is a famous tourist spot here. It has a full of entertainment and fun location for all kinds of people. Genting is a cool place both in temperature and in natural environment. It is a hill station with all kinds of enjoyment. Genting is about 50km from KL sentral.

All the above statements I heard from all the people who visited Genting recently. When i said that i am going to Genting people said that good go and have a look and enjoy. I was thinking it should be a good place with 100% fun. After my visit to Genting i understood that why few of my friends who visited Genting recently didn’t come with us to the same place.

To say shortly it is a place for Kids, Family alone….not for Youth or adults. It merely looks like MGM in south India. But we can’t compare MGM here since MGM is a better than this. I have seen many Indian people struggle to pay tax. It is the burden given by the government to pay the tax for each and every thing. I too don’t like paying tax but to avoid problems in future i used to pay the tax. Getting irritated when i pay tax to government. The money goes to many of the politicians pockets.

Only few percentage of the money is used back to people. And too there is no tax for black money too. I hate the tax if it is not going to use 100% to the people. We work hard to gain money but paying to government is difficult to accept in real life.

1. Person above 18 years of age and over 50 Kgs. in weight can donate blood once in three months.

3. This blood is replaced by your body within 24 to 48 hours!

6. The donor should not have contacted jaundice in the previous three years.
7. Every donor is given a medical checkup prior to donation to see if he/she is medically fit and doesn’t suffer from anemia, high blood pressure etc.,
8. The donor cannot contract AIDS or any other disease by donating blood.

According to the Indian space agency, India’s first mission to the moon is to be launched sometime around October 22-26, 2008 from the coast of the Bay of Bengal. It will be lofted up using the Indian Space Research Organization’s (ISRO) workhorse rocket the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) and the mission is likely to cost Rupees 386 cores. Chandrayaan- I is an unmanned scientific mission designed to map the resources of the moon and would undertake the most intense search for water on the moon surface.
    

Dr Alex said that the main objective of this mission was to understand the origin of the moon. Apart from conducting tests on the surface of the moon, the mission also intends to conduct tests on the poles of the moon. Scientists are planning to land a rover on the moon to carry out chemical analysis of the lunar surface.

Chandrayan, which is being launched at a total cost of Rs 386 crore, is also scheduled to carry 11 payloads, which would include those from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Sweden, Japan, Germany and Bulgaria. Dr Alex further pointed out that the technology used for the Chandrayan mission is ten times better than other countries. Moreover, ISRO excels in remote sensing and imaging and hence the moon can be photographed from a close range of five metres from the ground.

The mission aims to cover the entire moon and gather as much information as possible. Currently, Chandrayan is going through crucial tests in Bengaluru. It still has to undergo the vibration and acoustic tests. The spacecraft will be subject to heavy vibration first and then the sound of four jet planes will be put together to check its endurance.

However, Chandrayan will not land on the moon due to technical difficulties. The spacecraft would hover around the moon, said the ISRO team working on the moon mission. Chandrayan could provide important leads on the possibility of human habitation on the moon, said Dr Anna Durai.

ISRO recently established a 32-meter diameter antenna at Byalalu near Bengaluru to provide tracking and command support for Chandrayaan- I.  The antenna and associated systems are the first steps in building the Indian Deep Space Network, which is vital for facilitating a two-way radio Communication link between the spacecraft and the earth.

Team work will become funny when you are working in a organization where you could see the absence of motivation, goal, dedication, handwork, co-operation. We know that mixture of this is called team work. At the same time every one should coordinate to achieve the business goal.

It is difficult to practice in a organization. Good team will achieve the success 200% then the normal success done by the individuals or a group which is not much worrying about the team work. There are many plus points in team work. I can say that If people are trying to add value to themselves then the team work will spoil. If they are adding the value to the team or organization alone then they are working in a team properly. Obviously when you add value to the team automatically your value will be added.

I worked in many organizations where all I could see the difference between team work and team. They are just named team but really they don’t follow the spirit of the team. But i should appreciate that when people fought for Indian freedom where we could see the team effort 100%.
